); font-size: 1rem;\">de las mujeres, en el marco de pol\u00edticas de diversidad e\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">inclusi\u00f3n. Como resultado de distintas estrategias,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada se ha evidenciado un\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">crecimiento sostenido de la participaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">la mujer en la industria minera, alcanzando un\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">11,8% a nivel general y un 6,4% en la Cadena de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Valor Principal. Destaca el aumento significativo\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">observado entre los a\u00f1os 2018 y 2020, cuando\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">la participaci\u00f3n femenina creci\u00f3 3,4 puntos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">porcentuales en la industria en general y casi 2\u00a0<\/span>puntos en la Cadena de Valor Principal.<\/p><p>El desarrollo de estrategias que permitan\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">aumentar la participaci\u00f3n femenina en la industria\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">y contar con m\u00e1s mujeres en cargos de toma de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">decisi\u00f3n, y que m\u00e1s mujeres j\u00f3venes se interesen\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">por estudiar carreras vinculadas a la miner\u00eda, son\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">compromisos que se espera que el sector asuma\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">de manera sostenida y con metas expl\u00edcitas,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">empresas mineras, como de sus proveedores, aparece como una de las principales prioridades de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">las gerencias de recursos humanos y de asuntos p\u00fablicos. La Mesa de Mujer y Miner\u00eda, as\u00ed como\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">la Pol\u00edtica Nacional Minera 2050 comprometen metas en esta materia (20% participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">la industria y 25% participaci\u00f3n de mujeres en cargos directivos al 2030). Para avanzar en estas\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">dimensiones, se recomiendan 3 l\u00edneas de trabajo prioritarias:<\/span><\/p><p><b>1. Monitoreo y difusi\u00f3n de indicadores empleo de mujeres:<\/b> El estudio \u201cMujer y Miner\u00eda: Evoluci\u00f3n\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada y futuros desaf\u00edos\u201d, realizado por la alianza CCM-Eleva, aport\u00f3 datos in\u00e9ditos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">muy valorados por la industria. La velocidad de los cambios y la decisi\u00f3n de las empresas\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">de acelerar la incorporaci\u00f3n de mujeres sugieren la necesidad de contar con un mecanismo\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">de captura permanente de informaci\u00f3n, con periodicidad semestral, que permita verificar los\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">avances y focalizar los esfuerzos que se realizan.<\/span><\/p><p>Se recomienda monitorear el empleo femenino a trav\u00e9s de dos indicadores utilizados en este\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">estudio: i) El porcentaje de empleo femenino sobre el total de la fuerza laboral (stock) y ii) El\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">porcentaje de empleo de mujeres sobre las contrataciones menores a 1 a\u00f1o. Definir metas sectoriales y plan de acci\u00f3n sobre empleo de mujeres:<\/b> El plan de acci\u00f3n deber\u00eda\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">poner foco en los perfiles de Operadoras y Mantenedoras, donde se observan las tasas m\u00e1s\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">bajas de participaci\u00f3n femenina, y en las empresas proveedoras de la miner\u00eda, que muestran\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">indicadores significativamente menores a los observados en las empresas mineras. Como\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">referencia, para incrementar el porcentaje de empleo femenino en las contrataciones menores\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">a 1 a\u00f1o desde el actual 20,9% hasta un 50%, se requerir\u00eda m\u00e1s que duplicar la cantidad de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Operadoras y Mantenedoras que se contratan por a\u00f1o en el sector.
