Miner\u00eda 2021-2030 muestra una radiograf\u00eda del sector, enfocada principalmente en las caracter\u00edsticas de los y las trabajadoras, de acuerdo a distintas variables sociodemogr\u00e1ficas e indicadores asociados a inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad, empleo local, impacto tecnol\u00f3gico y gesti\u00f3n del talento, entre otros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div minero en Chile, aportando inteligencia de mercado para orientar las decisiones de las compa\u00f1\u00edas, del mundo de la formaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicos y profesionales y, crecientemente, de las
